Free Boxing Round Timer for iPhone
The simple, ad-free timer for boxing rounds, sparring, and bag work
Why you need a boxing round timer
Boxing training is built around timed rounds. Whether you are hitting
the heavy bag, working the speed bag, shadow boxing, or sparring, you
need a timer that tells you when each round starts and ends. A standard
boxing round is 3 minutes of work followed by
1 minute of rest, but this varies by skill level,
discipline, and training goal.
Most boxing timer apps are cluttered with ads, bell sound effects you
cannot turn off, or subscriptions to unlock basic features. Box Timer is
different — it is completely free, has no ads, and lets you configure
exactly the rounds you need.
Why Box Timer for boxing?
- Custom rounds — Set any round length, rest period, and
number of rounds. 2-minute rounds for beginners or 3-minute rounds for
competition prep.
- Loud audio cues — Clear beeps at round transitions and
during the last 3 seconds of rest so you are ready when the next round
starts.
- Works with your music — Timer beeps play alongside your
playlist without interrupting it. Keep your training music going.
- Large, readable display — See your time from across the
gym. Rotate to landscape for a full-screen timer you can mount on a shelf
or prop against the wall.
- Workout history — Every session is saved. Pin your favorite
round setup and reload it with one tap.
- No ads, no cost — No banner ads between rounds, no subscriptions,
no in-app purchases. Just a timer.
