CrossFit workout types and how to set them up

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

Set a time cap and do as many rounds of a given workout as you can.

1. Tap Edit Timer and select Down
2. Set your time cap (e.g. 20 minutes)
3. Tap Save and Start

For Time

Complete a prescribed workout as fast as possible with a running clock.

1. Tap Edit Timer and select Up
2. Tap Save and Start
3. Stop the timer when you finish the workout

EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)

Perform reps at the start of each minute, rest for whatever time remains.

1. Tap Edit Timer and select Interval
2. Set Rounds (e.g. 10), Work to 1:00, andRest to 0:00
3. Tap Save and Start

Tabata

8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.

1. Tap Edit Timer and select Interval
2. Set Rounds to 8, Work to 0:20, and Rest to 0:10
3. Tap Save and Start
