How to contact support or send feedback

You can send feedback or ask questions via email directly from the app.

Steps

1. Open the app

2. Go to the About tab

3. Tap Contact in the support section

4. Your email app will open with a pre-filled subject line and device information

If the default Mail app is not available, the app will offer alternative email clients including Gmail, Outlook, Spark, and Yahoo Mail. You can also email us directly at help@boxtimer.app.
