How to reuse settings from a previous workout

Quickly apply the timer settings from any past workout to the current timer. This is a fast way to repeat a workout without manually reconfiguring everything.

Steps

  1. Open the app

  2. Go to the History tab

  3. Tap on the workout you want to reuse

  4. Confirm in the dialog to apply the settings

The timer tab will switch to the correct timer type with all settings applied, including duration, rounds, work/rest times, and the countdown setting.
