How to control the timer in landscape mode

In landscape orientation, the timer shows a large full-screen display that is controlled by tapping. See How to display the large timer for how to rotate to landscape mode.

Steps

1. Turn your device to landscape orientation to enter the large timer view

2. Tap anywhere on the screen to start the timer

3. Tap again to pause

4. Tap again to resume

On-screen text shows the current action: "TAP TO START", "TAP TO PAUSE", or "TAP TO RESUME". To access settings or other tabs, rotate back to portrait orientation.
